Mandy joined CU Boulder in August of 2021. She brings experience in budget modernization and implementation at a research institution, an understanding of higher education shared governance, and experience in all parts of budget operation and management. Mandy has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies with Honors from the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Iowa and a Master’s in Business Administration from Kansas State ³Ô¹ÏÍø.
