Heather Shocker is the PrincipalÌýProgram Manager for the Center for National Security Initiatives. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from Wilkes ³Ô¹ÏÍø, a M.S. in Geology from Michigan Technological ³Ô¹ÏÍø and an MBA from the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Maryland. Throughout her career, Heather has supported the US Intelligence and Defense communities, and international allies, as an analyst, program manager and business development professional. Ìý
