Shun-Luoi Fong began his professional journey as a developer in the Silicon Valley startup scene. Since then, he’s built 25+ years of experience leading organizations in design, strategy, digital experience, brand development, storytelling, and collaboration design and facilitation.Ìý

He’s a highly relational creator and leader whose passion is guiding cross-disciplinary, collaborative work that solves "wicked problems." His thoughtful integration of human-centered design, technology, and shared human experiences work toward that end, all while being led by his empathetic and strategic mantra—listen, learn, love, create.Ìý

Shun-Luoi is currently the Founder and CEO of A Shared Humanity, a holding company and innovation studio that grows brands dedicated to fostering human connection and belonging. He also leads Forge, a collaboration consultancy that helps teams solve their biggest challenges through design sprints and collaborative workshops.
