Gulnaz Khan is the climate editor at TED Talks and a former editor at National Geographic.ÌýHer work appears in Popular Science, The Economist, National Geographic, POLITICO Europe, AFAR, and more.ÌýAs aÌý2022–23 Ted Scripps fellow in Environmental Journalism at The ³Ô¹ÏÍø of ColoradoÌýBoulder, Khan examined the relationship between religion and climate change, including faith-based responses to ecological crises.Ìý
Before her journalism career, Khan worked on neuroscience research funded by the National Institutes of Health, behavioral psychiatry research at the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Pennsylvania, and disability rights investigations at Human Rights Watch.
Khan holds a Master of Science from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health with a concentration in human rights and humanitarian emergencies, and a CertificateÌýin Climate Change and Health from Yale ³Ô¹ÏÍø.Ìý
