Karin ³Ò°ùö²Ô±¹²¹±ô±ô is the national librarian of Sweden, overseeing legal deposit for print and digital materials, promoting open science and leading AI initiatives, including the development of Swedish language models.
She began her career at the National Library, managing electronic licensing for higher education, before leading acquisitions at Karolinska Institutet ³Ô¹ÏÍø Library and serving as library manager at Södertörn ³Ô¹ÏÍø and the Swedish ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Agricultural Sciences. ³Ò°ùö²Ô±¹²¹±ô±ô holds a master’s degree in library and information science from Uppsala ³Ô¹ÏÍø and has worked extensively on digital transformation and data management in academic libraries.
