In 2019, Will Toor joined the ÌýColorado Energy Office as Executive Director appointed by Governor Polis. In this role he coordinates Colorado's climate and clean energyv strategy. Previously, Will was Transportation Program Director at the Southwest Energy Efficiency Project, Boulder County Commissioner, Mayor of Boulder, chair of the Denver Regional Council of Governments and Director of the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Colorado Environmental Center.. Will holds a BS in Physics from Carnegie Mellon ³Ô¹ÏÍø and a Ph.D. in Physics from the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Chicago.Ìý
