PhD, ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Tennessee, 1992, is a professor with research interests in econometrics and statisticsÌýand a focus on nonparametric and semiparametric models. He is a Senior Research Fellow at the International Food Policy Research Institute in Washington, D.C. and prior to joining the faculty in 2009 he was a faculty member at Oregon State ³Ô¹ÏÍø and FGV.Ìý He has served as a consultant to the World Bank, the Central Bank of Brazil, and several private companies.Ìý His research has appeared in theÌýJournal of Econometrics, Econometric Theory, Econometric Reviews, Journal of Multivariate Analysis, International Economic Review, RAND Journal of Economics,Ìýas well as other journals.
