Dear EO Community,
We are excited to announce the next step in our leadership journey: The Dichotomy of Leadership, launching in January 2026. This 12‑week course builds on the foundation of Extreme Ownership and challenges us to explore the balance leaders must strike—confidence and humility, discipline and flexibility, boldness and caution.
This opportunity is open to all EO cohorts, past and present. If you’ve completed Extreme Ownership but have not yet taken Dichotomy of Leadership, this is your chance to continue the journey.
Course Details
- Start Date: Wednesday, January 14, 2026
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Format: In‑person only (attendance at all sessions is required)
- Session Options:
- Wednesdays, 12:00–1:15 PM at the EH&S Conference Room
- Wednesdays, 3:30–4:45 PM at RL2
