You must complete the university's mandatory insurance requirement your first semester at CU and at the beginning of every academic year. Once you are registered for the minimum number of credits, you will receive introductory emails from our partners at Academic HealthPlans. You will also gain access to the insurance portal to waive or enroll in CU Boulder’s health insurance plan. 

Join WorkWell this summer to integrate regular mindfulness practice into your routine! These sessions are free and will focus on evidence-based mindfulness practices that are simple and effective for addressing stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout. Each session includes 15 minutes of education and 15 minutes of practice.

Mental Health First Aid training is designed to help individuals assist someone experiencing mental health or substance use concerns or crises. Participants will learn about risk factors and warning signs, engage in experiential activities, discuss professional and self-help resources and practice a 5-step strategy to provide support.

Experience dynamic yoga flow and end with cooling meditative sounds of water. No experience necessary. Buff One card required.

The goal of these sessions is to devote a few hours to your writing each week to help build your writing habit, to promote accountability with your peers by working independently alongside your fellow graduate students, and by tracking your progress regularly.
