Her work has been published in the Duke Law Journal, Tax Law Review, and Yale Law & Policy Review. Prior to joining Colorado Law, Professor Parsons was an Academic Fellow and Lecturer at Columbia Law School. She also practiced as an associate in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom, LLP.
