Associate Professor Kristelia García presented her article, "Copyright Arbitrage," 107 Calif. L. Rev. 101 (2019), at Yale Law School's Law & Technology Speaker Series in April 2018. The article was awarded the 2018 Institute for Intellectual Property and Information Law Sponsored Scholarship Grant from the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Houston's IP Inn of Court for best paper in the category of Copyright, Entertainment, Media, Art, Design, and Sports Law.
