Sarah ImhoffÌý(she/her) is the Jay and Jeanie Schottenstein Chair in Jewish Studies and Associate Professor in the Department ofÌýReligious Studies and the Borns Jewish Studies Program atÌýIndiana ³Ô¹ÏÍø.ÌýShe writes about religion and the body with a particular interest in gender, sexuality, disability, and American religion, as well as maintaining a research specialty in religion and law. She is author ofÌýÌý(Indiana ³Ô¹ÏÍø Press, 2017) andÌýÌý(Duke ³Ô¹ÏÍø Press, 2022). She is the founding co-editor of the journalÌý.Ìý

Imhoff is working on a book that will imagine American Jewish history throughout the Americas, which will center Jews of color and questions of race from the beginning.
