Trapped ion quantum systems

David T. C. Allcock received his MPhys degree from the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Oxford in 2007 and his D.Phil. from Oxford in 2012. ÌýHe joined the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Ion Storage Group in Boulder, CO as a Lindemann Fellow in 2013. Ìý His research focuses on using electric and magnetic fields to Ìýmanipulate the quantum state of atomic and molecular systems for quantum computing applications.
