The Central Analytical Laboratory and Mass Spectrometry Facility (CAL)Ìýat CUÌýBoulder serves as a resource offeringÌýanalytical and instructional expertise in mass spectrometry. We offer aÌýwide selection of mass spectrometry services to the researchÌýcommunity within the ³Ô¹ÏÍø system and external users to provideÌýscientists with practical training and access to the state-of-the-artÌýinstrumentation they need to develop and meet their research interests.Ìý

We offer a wide range of analytical services: 1) mass determination ofÌýsmall molecules and intact proteins, 2) quantitation of metabolites, 3)Ìýproteomics, 4) phospho-proteomics, and 5) hydrogen-exchange massÌýspectrometry (HDX-MS). We also offerÌýtrainingÌýfor open access to theÌýinstruments.
