Audra McCorkle-Geng is an American Sign Language (ASL) Instructor and ASL Program Director at the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Colorado Boulder. She has over 12 years of experience teaching ASL and is passionate about early language access for Deaf children. Audra is deeply invested in Deaf mentorship and early intervention services for Deaf children and their families. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Deaf Studies and Deaf Education at Lamar ³Ô¹ÏÍø, where her research focuses on language acquisition, Deaf-centered education, and the importance of early exposure to ASL. When she’s not teaching or researching, Audra loves traveling, training horses, and competing in barrel racing.
