As Staff Council and BEAM continue to advocate for improving the name change process among other concerns, on campus as part of our follow up on the staff council resolution, "Reaffirm and Commit Support for a Positive Work Environment for the Transgender, Intersex, Non-Binary Community," we want to hear from you on experiences good and bad to help guide our advocacy, regardless of if you are changing your name in relation to gender identity or for any other reason.
