On Saturday, Jan. 15, the Boulder County community enjoyed an MLK Day tribute through song, poetry and community recognition. The event took place at the Jewish Community Center and was facilitated by Erick Finnestead and Glenda Robinson. Many CU affiliates were in attendance and Professor Reiland Rabaka, founder and director of the Center for African and African American Studies, gave the keynote address. Also, Associate Teaching Professor Nii Armah Sowah presented dance to the packed house.Ìý
