Join Keller Center Director Steve Vanderheiden for the fourth in a series of campus fora about the current status and enduring importance of the five freedoms of the First Amendment, focusing here on the two religion clauses (establishment and free exercise). Professors Robert Nagel, Colorado Law, and Deborah Whitehead, Department of Religious Studies, will discuss what now threatens or is threatened by religious freedom; how the rights and freedoms associated with these two clauses shape the role of religion in public life; and how First Amendment law and associated values feature in contemporary societal controversies.

- ÌýÌý: Watch the Denver Nuggets take on the Phoenix Suns in their home opener! Pick up tickets on Oct. 24 between noon and 2 p.m. in the Center for Student Involvement (UMC 330). One ticket per student. You must show Buff OneCard to pick up your ticket. If you want to go to the game with a friend, please plan to pick up your tickets together. No tickets will be held. Students can take the RTD Flatiron Flyer bus for free with their Buff OneCard to Denver to watch the game. The game is Saturday, Oct. 25, at Ball Arena in Denver.
