Enrollment office closures Monday, May 11
The Offices of the Bursar, Financial Aid and Scholarship Service will be closed on Monday, May 11. Offices of the Registrar and Admissions will close early at 11:30 a.m. Mountain Time (MT). Phones are unavailable during this time.
Staff will be available to help answer questions when offices reopen at 9 a.m on Tuesday, May 12. Thank you for your patience.

Drop Box

Student records andÌýfinancial informationÌýare protected by federal privacy laws. We recommend that you consider getting three types of access while your studentÌýattends CU Boulder, depending on your needs.
ÌýÌý Verifying Your Identity Over the Phone
WhenÌýyou call the Bursar's Office, we will ask for the following information in order to verify your identity.
If you are a student, we will ask for:
- Your 9-digit student ID number (availableÌýin your studentÌýprofile in Buff Portal )
- YourÌýSecurity Passphrase
If you are a parent or family member,Ìýyou will need to be anÌýauthorized payerÌýand we will ask for:
- Your student's 9-digit student ID number
- TheÌýemail address associated with your authorized payer account
