Advising
EVEN Grad Advising Team: evengrad.advising@colorado.edu
As a current graduate student, you have access to multiple sources of support throughout your program.Ìý
For academic advisingÌýsuch as course selection, degree-planning, and research opportunities, please connect with your faculty advisor. All students are assigned a temporary advisor upon admission; however, you are strongly encouraged to meet with faculty members to identify a permanent advisor whose expertise aligns with your academic and professional interests.Ìý
For administrative advising or questions related to EVEN and Graduate School requirements, policies, and procedures, or if you ever have questions or concerns during your time in the graduate program, please contact the EVEN Graduate Advising team at evengrad.advising@colorado.edu. Reaching out to our team email ensures the timeliest response from the advisor best suited for your inquiry.Ìý
The EVEN Graduate Program Handbook is also an excellent resource for information related to navigating your degree program and policies to keep in mind while degree-planning. You may also find the Graduate School Rulebook helpful for detailed information on their specific requirements, policies, and procedures.
For additional resources and support, visit the Graduate School website and other university offices for more information on professional development, funding, financial aid, career services, and more.
Students may also consider resources such as the Student Outreach, Advocacy, & Support Office, Counseling & Psychiatric Services, and the Basic Needs Center for additional support.Ìý
The following pages offer links to necessary information for degree-planning and paperwork including curriculum requirements and available courses along with forms for degree milestones, special registration, transfer credits, and more.Ìý
