Associate Professor Mija Hubler joined the Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering Department at the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Colorado Boulder in the Structural Engineering and Structural Mechanics Group in January 2015. She received her MS from Cornell ³Ô¹ÏÍø in 2009 and Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Northwestern ³Ô¹ÏÍø in 2013. Prior to that, she received her BS in Civil Engineering from the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2006.
Dr. Hubler’s research addresses structural evaluation and redesign. Her focus is on construction materials testing, developments in the design code, and infrastructure and construction material aging. She is the Co-Director of the Center of Infrastructure, Energy, and Space Testing (CIEST) and the Associate Department Chair of Faculty Advancement.
