By default,Ìýthe administration window is determined by the course end date that appears in CIW.

Weekly FCQs open on Mondays (or Tuesdays for campus holidays) at 11 a.m., and run through FridayÌý(or Saturday).

If you need to change the administration window, please reach out to your department's FCQ coordinator.

The course auditing period is when department FCQ coordinators review the evaluation dates for their classes. The class auditsÌýare in Excel documents posted online:

• Click on the "Course Audit" tab from the menu at the top of the page
• Select "Download traditional course audit files"
• Select your campus and department(s)
• Review the spreadsheet

Custom questions must be submitted by the due date to be used in the currentÌýsemester. Questions submitted after the deadline won't go into effect until the following semester.

Final administration dates

Full-term classes (as well as sessions ending on or near the final week of the term) receive FCQs the Monday of week 14 and stay open for eight days

Note: Summer sessions are set up differently than fall and spring semesters, so there is no final administration window for summer. All summer evaluations run on the weekly FCQ schedule.

FCQ reports are posted on Campus Labs ~48 hours after final grades have been posted.
