AndrewÌýis a Senior Research Associate in the Steven M. George research group in the Department of Chemistry at the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Colorado, Boulder (2013-present). Andrew received a B.S. inÌýphysics and chemistry from Fort Lewis College (2003) and a Ph.D. in physics from the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Colorado (2011). Andrew’s research focuses on the development of chemistries, applications, and characterization, growth and etch of films with atomic layer deposition (ALD) and atomic layer etch (ALE).Ìý
