Emerging Leadership Academy
The Emerging Leadership Academy is CU Boulders campus-wide leader development program for undergraduate students, that turns curiosity about leadership into concrete skills and r矇sum矇-ready badges. Grounded in the CFLs leadership competency model, the program guides students through a sequenced journey of泭learning, observing, feedback and doing泭 all in as little as a泭 single semester.泭泭

Each session blends a keynote or high-impact workshop with guided reflection, so students leave with both inspiration and an action plan.
