Annalissa Philbin serves as Associate ³Ô¹ÏÍø Counsel in the System Administration Office, working primarily with Venture Partners at CU Boulder. Prior to January 2019, Ms. Philbin also worked with CU Innovations on the CU Anschutz campus. Before joining the System Administration Office in 2012, Ms. Philbin served as Sr. Research Associate Attorney for the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Colorado Denver | Anschutz Medical Campus Office of ³Ô¹ÏÍø Counsel. Ms. Philbin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Environmental Science and Environmental Analysis and Policy from Boston ³Ô¹ÏÍø, graduating magna cum laude, and a J.D. from the ³Ô¹ÏÍø of Colorado School of Law.
